[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my son's Samsung TV with this Crystal UHD 65" for his bedroom. He plays a lot of video games and hosts movie nights with the family. I absolutely am amazed on how great the picture quality is and the ease of using TV. My son loves how it automatically detects what console he's playing. The sound quality is great too. Highly recommend purchasing one for your home. I will be upgrading my bedroom tv as well, soon. Go check it out. Is like having our own movies at home. Excellent tv a television set with integrated Internet capabilities that offers more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a basic television set.

This TV would have been a solid 5 stars IF I COULD FIGURE OUT THE REMOTE! It took me several tries to figure out how to get to 'regular TV'. I have to select 'Connect to Devices' and then choose my HDMI cable connection - I've never seen a TV that didn't default to the cable provider first, and then allow me to select other viewing options from the Home/Smart menu. Also, I can't seem to get Paramount+ app loaded onto the choices menu - instead I have to SEARCH for a program on Paramount+ to launch the app - why is everything so convoluted with this TV? The last Samsung I bought last November 2022, is so easy to use - I have it in my living room; was able to load the Paramount+ app into the menu choices and moved it into one of the first few selection spots for the apps I enjoy most - allowing the lesser used apps to be pushed further down the list - so my favorites are first, second, third and I don't have to spend time searching for a program...I just get on there and browse the app to look for what I'd like to watch. The picture is beautiful, the sound quality - as usual for these big screen TV's is poor. Without a sound bar it's almost impossible to hear without cranking the volume way way up...I wish Samsung would find a better sound module for these nice big TV's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is on the lower end of the price scale for Samsung TVs, but you wouldn't be able to tell the difference because the picture quality is very good, interface is intuitive and setup was easy. This is a great TV...so, if you're looking for a nice TV for a great price, I highly recommend it.
