It's a great tv but it does a little too much and a little not enough. It forces you to use their home base station vs switching through inputs etc. It try's very hard but can be cumbersome. Picture quality size etc are all amazing. Just needs a little help on software.

My husband I bought this TV three weeks ago to replace another Samsung TV that we purchased 6.5 years ago and that had worked flawlessly since. The only reason we bought a new one was because our older one would not supposed certain apps (Apple TV, PBS Passport, etc) that we wanted to use. We love the slightly larger size of the new TV and the picture clarity.

Bought this a few weeks ago to replace my Samsung Q60. This is certainly a down grade but I can't afford similar quality because I can't keep replacing TVs if my son is going to keep breaking them. Picture sucks because the light comes from the side and not the whole screen (array). What bugs me the most is that this tv seems to mute when a commercial comes on but flickers on and off when the show starts and then keeps on mute for some reason. Not a good downgrade

It always feels like the best movie experience right in our own home. The definition and clarity are spot on. Feels like we're in the scene with the actors. The sound quality is perfect. Channel sound doesn't go in and out on certain shows and commercials. Samsung streaming channel's are everything I didn't know I needed. I'm very happy with the channel and network selections provided on all the TV 's. There are various options of educational channel's and as a Teacher, I absolutely love that. Needless to say, we're very happy with all our Samsung's!

We just built a house and bought 5 new TVs - but THIS TV is the easiest to set up. 10 minutes to unbox it, setup, power and set up your favorite apps. Easy-peasy. Picture is beautiful, no glare, remote is easy. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this TV for streaming, gaming, and listening to music. Thus far, we have not had a single complaint. The TV switched to "Game Mode" when opening a game on the Xbox, but leaves it off to conserve power when simply streaming. However, even when the game mode is not activated, we get crystal clear images in 4k. The connectivity features of this TV are amazing too. We frequently use Spotify and Youtube to listen to music. I am able to start playing videos or music from my phone, and seamlessly transfer over to the TV, no matter what app is currently open. For the money, I cannot think of another TV that provides the value that the UHD Crystal TV does. I bought this TV from BestBuy, and had it set-up and watching TV in less than 15 minutes (Assuming you don't need to create any accounts). The ability to download apps is also quite nice, as I can watch Netflix, Hulu, and Prime from the factory installed options. Furthermore, I was able to download additional apps like Funimation and Disney+ to expand our categories.

Five stars for visual quality and three stars for user experience navigating the TV - annoying when a given app stops working. For example, when a TV app is stuck in a channel, turning the TV off and then on does not quit the app. So you come back to the same channel and get stuck there time and again. I had to unplug and plug back in to get out of that stuck channel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time to upgrade our TV and we went with a Samsung Crystal UHD TV it was the best decision we made to go with this brand of TV. Our family is very big into movies and TV shows so it was important to have great picture quality and that's exactly what we got since it has an ultrafast processor that turns the picture into 4K. The picture is so crisp and vivid with the HDR that it's incredible. My husband also plays all his games on this tv and it runs so smoothly for him. This is the first time he has never complained about a tv not being able to keep up with his gaming, he loves it. Another cool feature is that am I able to control the TV straight from my phone with an app. I can set the tv to turn on at 8am when the kid gets up for cartoons and I don't have to worry about getting it going, I can go straight to getting breakfast made. This TV has made our lives easier and brought us together as a family. I cannot believe it. It is the best purchase we made as a family.
