I have never had a better experience than with this TV. Everyone should watch there favorite Marvel movie with this. Doctor Strange was every bit as good as it was in the theater. The colors just pop and it is SOOO FAST! Never had a better TV than the Samsung Crystal series. I LOVE my Galaxy S21 and galaxy watch just as much. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this TV for streaming, gaming, and listening to music. Thus far, we have not had a single complaint. The TV switched to "Game Mode" when opening a game on the Xbox, but leaves it off to conserve power when simply streaming. However, even when the game mode is not activated, we get crystal clear images in 4k. The connectivity features of this TV are amazing too. We frequently use Spotify and Youtube to listen to music. I am able to start playing videos or music from my phone, and seamlessly transfer over to the TV, no matter what app is currently open. For the money, I cannot think of another TV that provides the value that the UHD Crystal TV does. I bought this TV from BestBuy, and had it set-up and watching TV in less than 15 minutes (Assuming you don't need to create any accounts). The ability to download apps is also quite nice, as I can watch Netflix, Hulu, and Prime from the factory installed options. Furthermore, I was able to download additional apps like Funimation and Disney+ to expand our categories.

I'm still trying to adjust the color settings to find the perfect fit for sports (football and hockey differ), but so far the tv is great. Very sleek and affordable price. The TV was bigger than our last but with wall mounting it seems to have opened up the room. Price was good for what you get!

Also my kids enjoy playing games with the Xbox app this TV eliminated the need to buy a gaming console. Best TV ever!!!

It's a great tv but it does a little too much and a little not enough. It forces you to use their home base station vs switching through inputs etc. It try's very hard but can be cumbersome. Picture quality size etc are all amazing. Just needs a little help on software.

Got this TV about three weeks ago. Picture is great. For the price point, you cannot beat the picture and the size. Have all Samsung and one LG. Thought I wanted to move away from Samsung, but between this and the LG, I'll stay with Samsung. Great simplified remote and Samsung has great tv channels to watch if you're streaming. I'm doing all streaming now and this TV is perfect for it. Couldn't be happier.
