got it to replace my 11 yr old Samsung plasma tv , which worked flawlessly til it died ! It's a beautiful picture, much lighter weight than the old plasma, and so far the only thing I can complain about is that I wish it had an audio tone control ! No bass or treble adjustment. Need that to adjust between some shows due to audio variances.

Light intensity is a bit low which means it struggles in bright rooms especially natural light since it produces quite a bit of glare. Samsung TV app offers older movies and shows for free which is a plus. Works well with a free air antenna as well. In short, it may not suit all purposes but it serves mine (Entertainment center) for a great price!

It looks great in my living room, the size I have been missing - bigger is always best! The features on the tv is also great too as well! The well thought menu in settings are easy to follow and allows you to customize further than my other brands. Fan of Samsung, but now I am an investor in them!

Picture is perfect but sound has to be turned up to 75% to get normal volume. I have done the reset to factory setting and every adjustment to no success. I Google this problem and find many people having same problem. My Samsung 50” 4K doesn't have this issue . I don't want to return but may have to. Help!!! Issue is there on cable hdmi and streaming.

It's very easy to navigate the remote. Another wonderful feature about this television is the sound! I wear hearing asides, and the clarity of voices is wonderful. The majority of the time I use the television, I don't even wear my hearing aids!

Only thing that stinks is the sound quality is a little low which is kind of annoying. I love the Samsung home app that works with it though! Overall a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally decided to purchase a Samsung tv. The quality of this image is Amazing!! The colors and options and features are great. One of the most surprising fest it has is that it's a gaming console in itself , and I can just connect my game controls and vuala! All set. Another cool thing about it is that It sync to all my other Samsung devices, like my washer and dryer , so I can get notify when the load is done. One of my favorites though, has to be the Samsung TV, it has its own channels , A lot of channels. I sometimes when I have nothing to watch I go into the Samsung tv channels and browse through there. I did not give it a 5 star because it dies seem slower than when I was using third party smart TV functions- like fire stick and such.
