But I think that may be a personal issue as I found the remote and TV menu navigation to work well. Quality is very good for the price and I highly recommend getting this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this unit so much I bought two. The first unit was purchased from a family member who would primarily use it to view cable TV. The second set was purchased for another family friend who would use it to watch cable and stream. Overall, the units have a great picture and plenty of features to support streaming services. It was super easy to setup and install out of the box. The sound does fall flat though so much so that soundbars had to be purchased to have decent sound. Unfortunately, this was almost anticipated as many new sets in the same price class have the same issue. Two other minor issues that stick out to me. The remote is overly simplified; so much so that it's not intuitive to use and easily gets the user lost in the screens. There are only three HDMI ports as well. Given that the volume is an issue and required a soundbar that would use HDMI ARC, this restricts the user to two viable ports.

It also remembers my favorite and most watched channels. Picture quality is awesome and the volume is excellent, do not need to add additional speakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is in our bedroom. It's very good for what we paid for it, so I can't really complain much. A couple minor things: The plastic on the top in the back is fairly flimsy and isn't securely fastened to the face. The wifi connection cuts out sometimes and is very stubborn to restart.

Wish the backlight was a bit better though.. Wish it had better speakers built into it as well, and better connections to receivers so I don't need to switch to the receiver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 65 in screen just puts you in the action. Really decent picture quality compared to my 2008 46 in Bravia. The sound is 0k but I might get a sound bar at some point. I enjoy casting my Samsung phone on the big screen. The set up was easy. Would do it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Samsung. We have 7 TV's, washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances that are all Samsung. We use our TV's mostly for streaming. We also have a room used for gaming. I Love that I can link them all to my Samsung phone and also mirror from my phone to the TV or from the TV to the frig. That come in handy when cooking in the kitchen and checking to see what the kids are watching upstairs. The apps are easy to set up and navigate. Samsung TV is a great addition when wanting to binge watch various shows or movies. Oh and the sound is great! We never go above 40 to 50 volume unless we want to feel like we are at the movies. You will most definitely hear it on the other side of your house or even on another floor.
