It is overall just a great t.v. The picture quality and sound is better than previous televisions. I would definitely recommend this brand to whoever asks for a television preference or anything by this brand.

i like samsung tv's but this particular one keeps loosing connection with the apps on the tv, it will show error messages then the app stops playing, unplugging the tv helps but it will start all over again. my latest software is updated, it's not my wi-fi fiber optic, i had to plug in my roku stick and use that with no problem.

The view and sound of the games are top notch!I can't wait for NFL season to watch those games on this tv. Watching movies and tv shows takes it up a notch. You almost feel like you are in the movie, tv show or game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best TVs I've owned. Samsung TVs have never let me down. Waiting for next year to get another one for the living room! One drawback of this model is it won't let you download some streaming apps. Hulu for example but you can just cast it to the tv so that is a work around. Other than that this is a solid TV.

The brightness of the screen and picture quality are amazing. Movies, and regular television programs are extraordinarily sharp, color saturation and tones are on point, and the clarity of sound is great. The body of the Crystal UHD is slim and aligns perfectly with my tv stand. The tv legs were inserted easily and I was able to move the tv around and place it on my stand. The remote was easy to navigate and help me register the tv without issue. I'm very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend this model.

I used it for movies, gaming Ps5 and plug and play games I also have a Samsung soundbar connected to the on in the living room which makes watching movies and playing music video even better. The picture quality is the ultimate experience for me!! All my other televisions have had an issue with true black but this set has it perfect with such deep and rich colours.
