Absolutely loved this TV & product was delivered with no damage to the outer box. Setup was a breeze & had no issues until this past week. We were watching TV & all of a sudden, the screen started to dim & wouldn't turn back on. Kept trying to "power cycle" the device on. Apparently, there is an issue within the panel that causes this TV to "burn out" essentially. Our other Sams*** tvs have been with us for over 10 years & we have NEVER had this type of problem before. Just goes to show that Sams*** can no longer live up to their quality expectations & NOTHING is built to last these days! 😕

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is in our bedroom. It's very good for what we paid for it, so I can't really complain much. A couple minor things: The plastic on the top in the back is fairly flimsy and isn't securely fastened to the face. The wifi connection cuts out sometimes and is very stubborn to restart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 55" in my dining room/ kitchen, I also have a 61 " in my living room, and I also have two 34" Samsungs in other parts of my home. I love the clarity, and the simplicity to bounce back and forth from cable tv to streaming, and I love my NFL football and NASCAR on Sundays. love my tv's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of the televisions I own (4) are Samsung. This one in particular is the epitome of ease of use and performance. Cost effective and performance piece, this fits the budget and expectation. There are more expensive models and I may ascend to obtain one in the future, but for now, this is the center of my living room and I could not be happier with its production.
