I was disappointed that I couldn't enter all the gambling of lottery tickets that I had purchased over the year. There were other things that I didn't have my receipts so I couldn't enter them in to offset my taxes

I've been using Turbo Tax for a few years now. I like the way it asks all the questions to make sure everything gets covered. The "help" buttons offer a brief description of items that I found helpful.

I find this software to be very reliable and accurate. I also think the support offered is very helpful. I missed receiving a CD this year, but I was able to download the software easily.

I feel like the product should have questions about and Health Reimbursement Account and how that impacts the Premium Tax Credit because you cannot use both.

Easy to use. This year was the first year TurboTax didn't make a cd and I was concerned. I did have a little issue but I think it was my internet service.

Fedaral penalty calculation is still quite buggy. Once annualized tax payment amounts are entered, it is very difficult to go back to non-annualized method by deleting the number. Need to start from the last saved file

Using the offline executable TurboTax doesn't link everything to the online version and that defeats the purpose of continuing to use TurboTax. I needed to keep all the previous year's data online, but you failed to do that

Disagree with $15.00 state income tax electronic filing fee. Prompted user to apply $40.00 federal refund fee when we were not getting a federal refund. It was a confusing prompt.

Have used product for years and the only thing that would make me change is that buythe cost keeps going up. It presently costs me 160 dollars to complete and e-mail my taxes.

I like the software. It give easy step by step instructions. I like the upload of investment documents. Saves time. I would like a summary of tax changes that affect me - if that is possible.
