Have used Turbo Tax for years. I did for the first time have an issue with e-filing my state return. I called and spoke to Fletcher. He logged on to my screen and was able to solve the issue. Both returns were e filed. Thank you Fletcher!!

Entering Broker investment INT, DIV, Income and Capital gains / loss data could be more straight forward. Recommend sequentially illustrating: Financial Firm, Account Number and Form Number together on as many pages as there are Accounts.

I like the fact that TurboTax pulls and inserts all the tax information from all my financial institutions. I also find it very helpful to have past year's tax data side by side for comparison.

I was given wonderful advice over the phone. The software is easy to use, checks for errors, provides many possible deductions, and I like being able to e-file my returns.

Easy to file Income tax with Turbo Tax software. It takes me about 3-hours to finish. Last couple of years all filings were good. I feel confident with this tax return tool

Never asked for IRS ID Theft Pin during personal info section nor when preparing to file tax return. Not aware of difference between Personal pin and IRS ID pin, required resubmission of E-file.

Some things could be easier, especially when you pay so much for a software, but still have trouble to figure out where to put certain information (HSA, Healthcare.gov info, etc.) and have to look it up on Google. A bit overpriced tbh

The 2024 software is a lot easier to use compared to the past years, but there's still sections where I feel it's not explaining anything and the questions don't make sense, I had to ask chatgpt to clarify some of it.

I do not like the new format. The importing of data was complex, not accurate and appeared to import data more than once. There was no way to look at the individual categories.

My experience was much like last year. I appreciate the same software user interface. I only would .like TurboTax to provide the last 4 digits of individual account numbers to better associate with the 1099 XXX forms.
