Very confusing with multiple RMD sources. Very time consuming to eventually figure it out. I am inclined to look for an alternative program, after 25 years.

A great product to use year after year. Some issues with entering S corporation data may be improved. Deductions for HSA sometimes difficult to find, but I have figured it out after many years.

I like to use TurboTax but felt it was a little more difficult this year than previous years. Especially in the transferred documents of Mutual Funds and that type of information.

We've been using the program for quite a few years now, its gets easier with every year, the directions and guidance are straight forward and easy to understand!

There is confusion between the online version and the store-bought version. The instruction for the store-bought version is on the back page. Go back to the disk version. A real headache. Great online help.

Not a good product. I do not like using it. The fact that Intuit lobbied the govt so we have to use it is scummy. The product should scan PDFs or pictures.

when you get to the print tax forms for mailing its confusing . pdf and review forms. i found that in order to print you must review.. not really explained.

There were two glitches in the software: I couldn't import Forms 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, and Schedule B (stocks and bond sales). I couldn't save the report using File > Save. Every time I clicked "File," the file closed unexpectedly.

Trying to upsell things constantly is very OFF-PUTTING! Incredibly hard to change certain things. Roll over to Roth calculated as 6% penalty although it should have been income. NEVER AGAIN!
