Charging to file state taxes when the state does not charge to electronically file results in filing via mail. I'll try other products next year and see if they are also try to suck money out of you like turbo tax

Turbo Tax with its import feature was easy to use. I had one question in the review process which I didn't understand and Anthony was able to clear up that problem.

Really a 5 star, but the program kept bugging me about my state income tax forms. I live in Washington State and we do not have an income tax! so why bug us about a state income tax form????????

I use TurboTax Premium every year. Works great for my complicated tax situation. I really like the program that is included, "Its Deductible". Please keep this as part of the package !

I believe that TT Premier covered all the bases. I did download some info into TT for the first time since when I tried to enter on my own, the software wouldn't allow me to get to other 'boxes' that weren't "standard".

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO E-FILE STATE RETURN. SOFTWARE IS MISLEADING. SAYS IT INCLUDES STATE BUT DOESN'T STATE THAT YOU NEED TO PAY TO E-FILE STATE RETURN

No major problems. At the end I am not sure if I have to mail something in after I E-filed or not. Also, I don't seem to print only the Required Forms for Filing - as I was able to in previous years.

I wish that for 1099-B stuff that there was an easy single view to review or edit. Clicking the same buttons too many times... Also, you have to scroll over to see the review/edit button to see it. Poor screen management.

Very tedious repetitive process. Instead of moving to the next step it goes back to the overview catergory menu (e.g. Income, deductions, etc.). Not a good user experience
