Had a form pop up in my taxes that should not have been there. It seems to be a glitch in the software. I had to call Turbo Tax person to get it deleted out of my forms. She was good help.

This is the best way to file my taxes. It asks all the questions, checks for mistakes and gives me a confidence that my tax return is accepted and that it is accurate and complete.

Pretty good product. Charging for State e-file is ridiculous, especially with Premier Version. I ended up e-filing my Federal, will file by mail for my State

Thank goodness you have great staff. This is the first year I haven't had a great (easy-to-use and save) disc showing up with my tax-form on it. He was able to walk me through setting up a download. Next year it'l be easier.

I've been using TT for about 15 or more years. I liked having the disc rather than the download although, I didn't have any problems with the download or the program. Thank you.

Tells me it caught 401k overpayment. Doesn't take me to the 1099R form nor lead me in how to correct it. When I followed the instructions in the Help dialog, it didn't recognize that I had corrected it as asked, and still showed the error.

I have used TurboTax for years, but the method of inputting all the 1099INTs, 1099DIVs, and 1099B at one time was confusing and made me be concerned that I had included everything. This is making me rethink changing to another software next year.

Registering with Intuit for payment as we are trying to e-file is unnecessary. Why not include this is the price of the software as a Free state submission? it was this handles this way in the past.

The reorder for the future year program is hard to know when the order is complete and then wanders into online and that creates confusion And this form is confusing - lets kept it simple and not fancy

I tried multiple times to print my return so I can have a hardcopy and it would not produce a PDF document. Very frustrating. I shut down and restarted. I did this about three times. It still will not allow me to print a PDF file.
