- 5 out of 5 stars review3/14/2025I've been able to use TurboTax for years and found it "user friendly". Most areas have explanations attached to aide with questions. It is "error free" in calculations best of all. If you are a novice, just read the instructions.
Comprehensive easy to use product.

Maybe use a less expensive competitor next year?

I believe there is a way that Turbo tax could retrieve that information from 2023 forms, which would be very handy for me.

Overall very happy with experience.
Well worth the money though couple minor glitches.

Only one empty prompt could be deleted from the page at a time by requiring you to leave the page and then returning to delete another one.
Needs bugs worked on.
