Turbotax is good but can be improved.

The problem is specifing that the pension/annuity from the commonwealth of Massachusetts is non-taxable on the state income tax form. This is about the third year that this partivcular problem has not been resolved.

Turbotax Makes Tax Filing Less Frustrating!
