- 2 out of 5 stars review2/19/2025I tried to E-file but was rejected due to absence of PIN number. This should automatically flag under review but TURBO tax did not flag it. So I am totally disappointed. When I tried to enter the PIN since I got it, Turbo Tax won't even allow me.
PIN number cannot be entered manually.

It had a hard time to import my W2, and give me my federal refund. Took me way longer than it needed to. Not very inuitive, felt like a tax person programmed this thing. Not good

On some forms the Quick Zoom was deactivated. One form to sign up for Audit Defense did not allow me to enter my address.
Mac Version of Desktop has problems.

One problem that should be fixed is the inclusion of forms that do not contribute to the tax filing and errors generated to require information for those forms.

This is making me rethink changing to another software next year.
