Way too many glitches and I don't have time to identify all of them. It wasn't broke before so it didn't need fixing. I almost gave up using it this year.
Seriously problematic

It is a primary reason I do not always recommend your product and each year I consider if I will continue to use this product.

Very difficult to navigate to a specific form or area. You have to go back and then advance to hopefully what you want. Very unhappy with the navigation options.
