Overall, I think Turbo Tax is great. I have been using it for years. However, I do not like the new method of entering charitable donations.

Turbo Tax generates errors and expects the customer to fix the errors. I had to enter my name, street address, state, and zip 6 different times

I've used TurboTax for years and appreciate the ease at which I get mine and my families taxes prepared with confidence that it is done correctly.
