I was not able to attach a 1310 form, therefore I had to print and mail even though I paid for Efile for both returns. Very disappointing.

This is pretty easy, but a little confusing when you have a lot of 1099 forms, even when you have them uploaded from your finance companies.

TurboTax is relatively easy for the average taxpayer to use. I've never needed the "expert advice" option.

Had trouble getting software to run after loading but running it as an administrator solved all my problems ...

The program is horrible!!!!! Program not intuitive. Turbotax just looks for ways to make extra money!!

Worked very well; had a bit of a problem with Edward Jones K1 - EDJ does not support a direct download.

Program made mistakes making entries in error. I had to go back and delete the topic and start over to correct program mistakes.

did not use live help , system is easy to use . also offers questions with drop down items simple to do taxes

The federal filing printout has NO instruction on where to send the tax file. CA state tax printout has mailing instructions.
