So you don't lose revenue

Fix the problem with the Desktop software not accepting users' addresses on the Billing Address for credit card payment to EFile state return.

Canadian Registered Pension Income

Biggest issue is with Canadian Registered Pension Income, it should not be there if you have NO Canadian Registered Pension Income

Was a little more confusing this year than last.

For some reason I had to purchase Premier in order to import my investment info. I didnt have to do that last year. The upgrade was pricey.

Have been using Turbo tax for over40 years.

Talked with at least 5 different agents and each one was outstanding patient and knowledgeable! Most unusual was their pleasant and friendly voices.

ANGRY

It really sucks that we are charged $40.00 to file elec for Federal as well as pay for the software to do our taxes.
