Overall TurboTax meets our needs for filing taxes. One recommendation is to allow touch-screen maneuvering within the application.

I could not efile my tax return until i paid for the audit defense. There was no option to opt out.

Decided to try online TurboTax this year. It was very confusing so I switched back to the Desktop version. It worked well.

The process was a little tricky with getting use to the new format but it fell into place after a few entries.

Turbo Tax generates errors and expects the customer to fix the errors. I had to enter my name, street address, state, and zip 6 different times

Cannot "Save To". Can only save. Cannot locate the saved file as I have in the past searching for TTAX.

Quit trying to upsell me every time I open the Turbo Tax website and stop sending me emails asking me to use the online method to file my taxes.

TurboTax made the instructions easy to follow and provided the needed information to gather the data required, TurboTax was Awesome.
