Turbo Tax surprised me with a thorough tax program that is capable of processing very complicated tax files with ease.

While trying to install the program, I kept getting bombarded with advertising for extras. It took a while to get around this and install it.

I am pretty disappointed that turbo tax is charging extra $25 for e-filing in New Jersey for each return. Seems ridiculous.

Used Turbo Tax for years now, and it's never let me down. Interface gets better every year. Clear, concise information for a Senior Citizen to use.

TurboTax was not able to download Options trading data from Fidelity properly. I had to manually enter the data, which was a very tedious process.

Asian helpers have to much Accent and talk to fast to understand. American local helpers speak slower and clearly. Sorry but true.
