I have used Turbo Tax for more then10 years now. I very pleased with it and would recommend to anyone who are filing their own taxes.

Easy step-by-step instructions. Walks you through the whole process and requests any additional information if needed.

The number of different reviews was problematic. When you are done you are not! Even after I paid I had new missing items when trying to transmit.

Good experience but had trouble with medical expense ie. monthly premium (SLCSP) requiring tax advisor help

For the most part easy to use. There have been a few topics that were hard to understand, especially with K-1 forms.

It would be nice if Turbo Tax on Desktop, that I could scan a tax form and it could get the info from the picture.

This is my 7th year I fill out my taxes with TurboTax, I highly recommend it to everyone! Save your time and money!

It is a great feature to be able to call someone, an expert, at Turbo Tax, who can help you out with most any problem or situation, for free!
