You coerced me into using your eFile Service by intentionally not accepting my credit card payment for those fees.

As always, Turbo Tax does not disappoint. It is relatively easy to use and guides the user through relevant topics.

Its Deductible was very useful and now is no longer part of the software. I would have looked for other packages had i know that upfront.

Most of the screens are written so small I can hardly read them without a magnifying glass. That makes it hard on your eyes.

Turbo tax does a good job. But I am really tired of being harassed to buy things I don't want like audit defense.

Turbo Tax Premier guides you through the process - very helpful when you av complicated investments (capital gains, inherited IRAs, etc.)

Did not correctly import tax document from ML. Confusing at times, especially when corrections needed to be researched.

Good product but I detest having to pay for California filing when it used to be free for one return. the ten dollar credit is baloney
