I have been using Turbo Tax Premium for years and is accurate and easy to use, even for complex topics like K-1 forms.

Everything I encountered was fine except for the Charity portion. The changes you made added was not convenient and time consuming.

"Walk me thru everything" skipped thru some important items and I had to know to what to go back to.

I'm a long time TurboTax user and plan to continue to use it. But the user interface update is a bit rough.

Interface walked me through entire process and offered support throughout all features of my return.

Do not appreciate buying the product and then being told when filing that I have to pay an additional fee.

I have used Turbo Tax for more then10 years now. I very pleased with it and would recommend to anyone who are filing their own taxes.

Error on adopted child won't albe to fix. Deleted it but it keep come back and unable to e-file. Already paid for state but unable to use.

Always a great experience! We did talk to someone because of an issue with box #16. She helped me straighten it out.
