FILING WENT VERY EASY. HAD TO BUY TURBO TAX BECAUE H&R BLOCK TAX SOFTWARE WAS NOT ABLE TO IMPORT BROKERAGE TAX DOCUMETS.

Not all essential tax related questions are properly covered, specially with 1098Q & T as well as 1099B related topics.

All-around excellent experience with the software and with any experts or contact I had with TurboTax. well done

Use Turbo Tax every year - convinced my daughter and son to use it and they really like it - works well for our entire family.

Overall TurboTax meets our needs for filing taxes. One recommendation is to allow touch-screen maneuvering within the application.

I dont like the new interface in the income section, I dont understand the confusion around importing from banks, and I HATE that you dont offer the disc anymore

For simple returns, Sched C, Sched E - TT is great. Doing a 1031 Like-Kind Exchange was very difficult & confusing; so we had to use a Tax Live Adviser who was great. I wish executing the 1031 Forms were more seamless and straighforward

Turbo Tax is indeed great. That's why I had been using TT for more than 10 years. Most of my tax season head aches came from sources like follows: (a) IRS direct pays, (b) FTB Web Pays (for CA) - credited to wrong year, no warning from software...
