Great product! Ease of use, tools, and e-filing are only just a few things I like about Turbo Tax. I've been using it for years!

All features especially the Learn More tabs are a great asset to instructions. Importing Options make the filing so much easier than do ot yourself.

Everything was straight forward and easy to understand, even thouh I didn't like some of the answers. I've been using TurboTax for over 18 yeas.

Have used Turbo Tax since the first year it was available. I stick with things that work for me. Turbo Tax definitely fits in this category.

Simply love this software. Makes me feel fully engaged and educated about the tax filing process. I've been using it for about 20 years.

Overall the product does what it is supposed to do. The interface to download transactions from financial institutions is wonky.

Had problems getting some Turbo tax updates because I did not know that I had to reboot my computer in the middle of doing the update

Live expert was very helpful and was able to explain the next steps and the difference between online vs desktop versions of TurboTax Premier.
