First time I started doing our own taxes in many years. Easy to use and felt confident using software.

This version has caused more anxiety the the past 10 years. Glitches have been an issue. Live tech support was good.

Turbo tax works fine for me every year. I have a family member who is a CPA and can offer a review and advise.

The lack of It’s Deductible sucks, the lack of It’s Deductible sucks—repeated because for some absurd reason being direct is insufficient

Difficult interface with download - I had to fill out returns multiple times as I kept getting kicked out.

Importing tax information from brokerage accounts was a significant issue this year compared to previous years!!

Overall easy to use, however a bug in the month drop down in the payment tile didn't allow me to use the credit I wanted to use for payment.

The updater for the 2025 Premier Version was a problem. Updates failed to load on the initial attempt 75% of the time.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and other than having to reenter routing and account numbers, it works fine for me.
