I was lured to switch to Online version, but that version has many bugs and was a frustrating experience

I am pretty disappointed that turbo tax is charging extra $25 for e-filing in New Jersey for each return. Seems ridiculous.

I had no problems using TurboTax. It's a great product. I have been using it for many, many years.

Tubro Tax was awesome until they added the "online option" which you can't get out of. Very confusing this year.

TurboTax is confusing and unhelpful at times, perhaps not intuitive—but it seems to work with effort

I'm a long time user of Turbo Tax Premier. It is a great product, Please, please bring back ItsDeductible!!!!

The only problem I have with TurboTax is the delays at the beginning of the year. This year it was exceptionally longer.

I started using TT in the mid 90s. I remember 5 inch floppies .I am pretty familiar with the program by now, so things usually go smoothly.

Info regarding what each form type meant was not available when first asked. I had to go into the income to find this info.

I ALWAYS TRUST TURBO TAX FOR ACCURACY, BUT THIS YEAR IT WAS A LITTLE HARDER ENTERING EVERYTHING. IT WAS MUCH MORE DETAILED.
