I had issues with loss of "It's Deductible" and Turbo Tax interfacing with my banks and brokerage firms

This is the last year I am using turbo- tax. The program got locked up on forms, could not get back the step by step instructions.

Could not delete returns started but not finished. Could not call up prior years returns. A disaster, even after going on your help line.
