We have used TurboTax for years... and every year I end up regretting that I didn't click through a link to get additional savings on the software. This year I made that click, and now I regret it! This is a download, not a key to get into your existing account online!! And NO RETURNS, so we're stuck. I saved a few bucks but what a pain in the butt!! In hindsight, I would TOTALLY pay full-price, both for easy access AND to know that I bought the right version! Big time buyer's remorse!!

Could be better. Some options don't work such as entering property tax separate from a mortgage loan. It is not obvious how to make that happen.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years for complicated Federal and 3 State returns. I save many hours.

Covered all forms needed, even complicated ones. Very Good for investments. Even for Employee Stock situations.

Consistent software, relatively easy to use. Wish it was easier to navigate home page to enter a code for tax year t load new software

Fairly easy to use but sometimes specific items not readily apparent. Difficult to get simple answers for Turbotax use (non tax questions).

Tax expert advice was the ultimate in supporting every question. Kind respectful and acknowledging that we all are master at our own trades.
