It is a great feature to be able to call someone, an expert, at Turbo Tax, who can help you out with most any problem or situation, for free!

I had trouble importing from financial institutions but not sure if that was Turbo Tax or financial institutions.

always helpful only issue is when I had an error it was difficult to find the actual location. Should highlight it in red.

Upon e-filing, all federal taxes owed and state taxes refunded amounts were changed significantly with no explanation.

All went well. Small problem with saving initially, but by using the saved file everything went smoothly.

As long as you have all your documents in order, then just follow the screen prompts. It's easy to complete. Any one can do their own taxes!
