Turbo tax always tells me I owe penalties when I have paid in over 115% of the prior year tax liability when the tax law says if you pay in that much you don't owe a penalty. I am tired of using TT and will other tax software next year.

1099-DA is not supported by importing txf file, this was extremely frustrating, I had to restart several times and eventually use online first to get the 1099-DA successfully added

I did find it confusing as to whether you want to start on-line or desktop. I found out that if I wanted it to look like all the previous years' returns that I want to start on the Desktop and not On-line.

Features for estimating charity contribution for clothes and household items been removed. The user interface and directions are more confusing and not straight forward. Each year it's getting worst.

I really like the desktop version which I have been using for years. I tried the online version, but it was no way as smooth as the desktop version, in ease of use.

Things went fine. The software really can use an uplifted user interface as it is very time consuming. Would be nice if it was a web form that can be easily navigated back and forth.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years for me and my family. Love how easily the prior years' info transfers to current year. Turbo Tax makes tax season less stressful.

One of the main reasons I use Turbo Tax and have for many years is I have been able to upload my cointracker data to turbo tax which you have partnered with but now when its time to file you no longer work with them. Big mistake, work it out.

Has always worked well for me for thirteen years. I prefer the desktop version. I would like to see forms 1041 and IT-205 included as I just set up a trust for my dependents and can't justify paying for the pro version for a very basic return.

Interface for income items is getting too glitzy (more pictures, less words).Go back to 2024 version. Deductions and Credits should allow you to visit consecutively not go back to the top when you finish an item.
