I'm giving you a 4 star only because I think the changes you made to the 2025 software have made it harder to navigate than the previous years. I managed to get thru it, but it was easier last year to file.

Already did this once, Your software repeats this step. Also the GA return was rejected because an update came aftr I filed. I'm still not sure if your software resubmitted my federal and stte because it doesn't explain what's going on.

When reviewing tax forms I could not find a way to increase font size on my MAC. I have been using TurboTax for about 25 years but my eyesight is getting a little worse so I was encountering some significant eye strain.

It is very frustrating that the system has updated to reflect recent changes and TT says the state return is error-free and it keeps getting rejected.

Have been using Turbotax for years and this Deluxe Premier was the worst. hard to edit or delete some fields, printing was not straightforward - ended up in a loop. Never hd these problems before.

Not as good as previous years. My financial institution provides a combined 1099. This year Turbo Tax did not parse or separate out 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, or 1099-B. It only saw the first 1099. I had to manually enter the remaining 1099s.

Program did not load after the latest TurboTax 2025 update. Shut down PC and restart only partially solved the problem. A repeat click on TT icon in Windows eventually were needed after the shut down and restart.

I couldn't electronically file my state return because the form that takes the information for the credit card will not fit on my laptop's screen, so I cannot provide all of the information necessary for one to use a credit card to pay the $20.

Communicated with about three first level support person, two second levels, and a tax expert, who was unable to solve my problem. Finally, a support person (? level) named Todd, who solved my problem in less that five minutes.

Spent more time than felt necessary validating input to tax forms. Many of the additional information links required more than basic understanding of income tax. Seems like user needs expanded basics of tax to understand the additional guidance.
