The program has become harder to use, and less user-friendly with importing financial data. What happened to the days when all I needed was a control number to retrieve my information?

Been using TurboTax Premier for over 25+ years as i can look over my shoulder and see all the disks on my shelf. lol Wish i could upload a picture for you. Never had one issue. Would not go anywhere else! Thank you ....

I am ready to file my state, and it is not letting me enter the month of November for my credit card expiration date to pay for my e-fling fee, very frustating, not happy, will never buy turbo tax again

I love the desktop version. I can call up the forms I need or will use. I do this to see where money is being used on each form. I need to see where the money goes on all the forms.

very frustrated with this new Tubotax, seems it is always asking for us to purchase extra services. My returns from previous years did not carry forward to this new Turbotax.

I have used it for years without problems. I do find keeping track of passwords difficult and spend extra time locating and implementing the security procedures each year.

Long time user. seemed a bit more difficult to navigate this year on desktop version, esp the import tasks for INT and 1099-B. Might consider online version next year.

I had to file Form 5074 this year. I was disappointed to see that TurboTax does not support e-filing of this form. Please consider adding Form 5074 for e-filing eligibility.

TURBO TAX has made a complicated process doable for me for 15 years! Situations change but i am always walked through everything and I am always confident that everything is done correctly.

For the first time ever, I could not fix an error. It was on the Loss Carryforward Worksheet for an item that had been in my tax return for at least 6 years. Why this year? The tax assistant tried very hard and advised me to mail the return.
