Overall I am very satisfied with TurboTax Premier; I have used it for many years now. Occasionally there are small problems for the user, but this is due more to the complexity of the tax code than to any inherent problems with the software itself.

TurboTax is easy to use, comprehensive, and accurate. I feel confident that my tax filing will be complete, error free and that my audit risk will be low once completed.

Good software but extremely pushy trying to add their online services. Had to keep going back. Even with the update it continued to ask for me to sign up for the online services. Pushy sales.

Import from Schwab a nightmare. Would upload but no data. Bad bug! Eventually worked ater cycling software. but wasted a lot of time. Software pulled in k1 from ira you never file. Another bug.

Turbotax was noticeably worse this year with more emphasis on UPSELLING tax advisory services making me think the poorer experience this year was designed to support the UPSELL.

Downloading was very difficult. Took 5 tries to get it right. Change from last year's download process was difficult. It took me 2-3 days to get it right (6-hours/day). Instructions for downloading Merrill Lynch data could have been better.

Entering charitable contributions was much more tedious than in previous years. Also, TurboTax insisted I review my state tax return after telling me no state return was required for Washington State. That was awkward and unnecessary.

accuracy - keeps you straight on your return compatibility - easy to work with features - has all up to date info interface - works well with my HP computer support - they are always willing to help and are readialy available

Excellent software. Really helps out with their easy to follow options and recommendations. links all my accounts with ease and accuracy. Greta customer support.

issue paying for efile, ended up paying $25 when it should have been $15. I had to manually figure out how to update the K1 for in order to efile. What a mess. I will think twice before using TT next year.
