No free state as advertised

I have used for several years. The past few, ease of use OK, but less information with the online version. Online too vague. Advertised free state at end I got charged

Worked - I hope it's right

filed with desktop last year. had trouble locating files. Couldn't import easily. never real certain about the schedule k-1 income and how it impacted tax. Really don't like the $40.00 dollar filing fee!!

Bring back It's Deductable feature!

Disappointed that you don't support It's Deductible anymore. That was a key reason I've been using Turbo Tax. Now you're basically encouraging me to look at competing tax software programs for next year.

DISSAPPOINTED THIS YEAR

TT NEEDS TO CORRECT ISSUE WITH NYS QTP TO ROTH TRANSFER FOR 1099 Q FORM! IT KEPT KICKING BACK IN ERROR CHECK, EVEN THOUGH 1099Q BOX IS CHECK AND IS A QUALIFIED TRANSFER.

Turbo Tax is my year-after-year tax accountant.

Easy to follow tax preparation along with previous year's review alongside this year's taxes makes it also trustworthy that I am not forgetting anything.

Great for financial instituion imports!

Great product. I have used for many years. The import of brokerage tax forms is a huge timesaver! Easy to use interface with great accuracy of forms with no glitches

updates are excessive

Hate that every time I use the program it had to update for several minutes, it has to update every time?! Very annoying. wasn't able to download my 401K information.

pretty straight forward

Program dropped once. Luckily I had saved at one point, so only had to redo part of it. That had never happened to me before. Otherwise pretty straight forward

TurboTax's new interface needs work.

This year's TurboTax interface was the most confusing I've ever seen. I do not like the way options / choices are presented. It took me longer to sort through the individual icons than selecting my option using plain English language.
