Need feedback / info page for e Payments ? Where is the proof ? No page that confirms / shows I made a payment. At least a page that shows you have completed the step.

It is not your fault but all the extra info needed is frustrating because I did not know I needed it until I got to the place where it needed to be entered

I always felt comfortable with Turbo Tax but this year I had a difficult time with entering a retirement account I had to identify as Other. Because of that my tax liability almost doubled. I went back several times until I got it correct

No Windows 10 Support is UNACCEPTABLE. Especially given transferring older TurboTax files to a new computer does not work. It cannot find all my prior years files to compare to, especially when working on the new return.

If you are unsure, you can just follow the guidance. If you're experienced, you can select what you want to work on. Either way, use what works for you. The follow up for errors is a game changer.

Consistently simple to use every year with ability to import from most major institutions to ensure accuracy and be able to file the return with confidence.

Surprise at end about Estimated Taxes (apparently optional). No mention until it was time to print my return! You could have put in an entire discussion about the choice that has to be made.

Turbo Tax is a user friendly program that allows for quick and accurate filing of both federal and state tax returns. The only problem I have with the program is that it is not compatible with downloading my 1099 data from my bank account.
