Didn't error trap downloads. Pop up regarding Oregon Kicker refund was unclear, and I believe, incorrect. References to 2024 forms were incorrect. I also had a number of places it asked questions that had no possible answer. Not happy this year

EVERYTHING WAS HARD TO WORK WITH. I HAD TO GO OVER IT MANY TIMES . ENDED UP MAILING MY NJ TAX BECAUSE THE FILING WAS SO COMPLICATED. I ALWAYS USED TURBO TAX BEFORE AND IT WAS NEVER THIS HARD.

It would help if you auto filled simple things, like when zip code is put in it fills in city and state. Why do we have to put in bank account info multiple times? It should pull it over; you ask if we would like to store our credit card info.

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. The software is very logical and walks you through each step. It is very user friendly and provides answers as needed in simple terms to assist along the way.

My only complaint is that this is the second year in a row that I forgot to enter form 1095 information and TurboTax did not catch it before I tried to efile.

1, When finished with a topic, it jumps back to the beginning rather than stay where you last left off. 2. Graphics & wit showing its age. 3. Some self-guides show as 'not yet available" yet forms are available.

I was able to go through every possible topic to make sure I covered everything required by the federal government and it was helpful to double check both states of residence during 2025.

Turbo Tax reviews everything before releasing my tax returns. It's up to the IRS and State to determine if my information is correct. But, I glad that TurboTax reviews before I do.

very frustrated with this new Tubotax, seems it is always asking for us to purchase extra services. My returns from previous years did not carry forward to this new Turbotax.

Turbo Tax software seems to be very accurate and is compatible with previous versions with a good ability to import necessary financial information. The interface within the software is topnotch.
