I have used Turbo Tax for decades both when I owned my own business (Home and Business) and now the Premier. Its easy to use, never have had any issues with my returns Federal and State.

Programs locks up each time I return to use it. I need to uninstall and then reinstall to utilize. I am using a two year old Mac with sequoia operating system, so that should no be the problem.

There was some kind of problem during the filing process when I was asked to input my email address. I was transferred to forms and then when I returned to filing, I was dropped into the first filing screen.

I have been using Turbotax desktop for over 15 years. It always gets me through our return with minimal issues and it seems to be getting better every year. I will continue to use this great product

TurboTax 2025 was my worst experience with the software to date. I don't know if this was because I changed from Windows to MacOS or if it is equally bad on ALL platforms.

Hate the new format that you have changed to. Program automatically tries to suggest we have a Canadian Pension. You costs for incremental states is crazy expensive.

I am unable to finish filing because there is a box in the final review asking me for form 2210 withholding per period. No matter what number I put in box it will not accept.

They have made the product more complicated and harder to use to bring forward the additional services being sold. Navigating the program has become more difficult. Ease of use was not a priority.

Saw one issue when setting up for e-file. The 'Date of Birth' field was populated incorrectly, specifically the 'Day' field. I verified the date of birth was correct in the 'Personal Data' information.

I understand the tax code id complex, but too many ambiguous questions with inadequate explanations. Frustrating waiting on hold for tech support when the program is on the screen in front of me and I am eager to finish it.
