I had terrible experience with import feature. I have multiple accounts with Fidelity, and each account has separate 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, but Turbotax labels imported form based on the bank/broker name, and it overrides each other.

I used the downloaded version and had no need for assistants from experts online. Had to learn how to work around a pop-up staying needed to go back and review previous topic but finally worked through it.

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years. This is the first year that I've found the directions to be overly wordy and complicated. I think that in trying to simplify, you just made things more complicated and unintelligible.

Ease of use, dependability, and accuracy. As a suggestion I think there should be an automatic prompt to ask if the taxpayer has sent quarterly federal and or state tax payments.

It concerns me if AI is telling me everything I need to know to do the taxes accurately. I depend on the pop up windows to make sure I fully understand the information.

This is probably my 5+ year of using turbo tax. It continues to be a great experience using the software, all is easy to input and follow the process.

This was easy, through and I felt confident that all areas were covered and I got the max return possible. I also liked the Audit Defense service as well. I purchase this every year.

At the very end - you could make it easier if you are more clear as to which pages to include in the mailing of which and specific pages for federal and state returns

I could not get my 2024 return to populate in my 2025 return. I had to manually input everything. I called for support and the representative was not able to help me.

I am disappointed that "It's Deductible" was removed from Turbotax. I had to go find a substitute app, since I regularly donate gently used items rather than having garage sales.
