importing stock trades has always been flawless. It would be disasterous if i had to type in every trade. They never do a professional job with the alabama program though, i imagine they spend more effort on the big states.

I really wish you would create the ability to alphabetize, by the name of the organization, cash donations to charitable organizations. It would make it much easier from year to year to enter donations.

I've used turbo tax for years; generally very good and nicely walks you through everything. the IRS issued PIN node should be MORE obvious as it is quite easy to pass over and miss it! 1 state e-filing should be included in the price not extra.

interface between federal and state has serious breakdowns, data that had been entered in ferderal forms had to be reentered for state. Was not necessary last year.

So much hidden fees!!! By the time I finished all the work BY MYSELF and realize it costs almost the same if I go to a accountant! I purchased Premier for myself and Deluxe for my parents. I literally cannot tell the difference!!!!

Been using Turbo Tax for many years - great tax software. I have some tax knowledge but Turbo Tax is sure way to take advantage of all advantages and up to date.

Turbotax had a glitch in filing the NC amended tax returns and had to spend an hour and 1/2 and still did not get the glitch fixed. Very frustrating !!!!

The investment sections downloads from various institutions is flawed. Quite a bit of required information is left off, and then has to be manually entered. That is not what I expect from a $100+ piece of software

This seems to be set up so that I can work my way through my tax forms and not leave a stone unturned. Moreover, at several points during the process, TurboTax asks me if I am missing something specific.

Took me over 9 hours to figure out a solution to a missed RMD for an inherited IRA. One of the "Experts" hung up on me. This is my final year with Turbotax.
