New York State personal income taxes: amounts due, applying refunds, estimates, and deposit or payment options are INFLEXIBLE, DIFFICULT TO LOCATE, and DO NOT CONFORM WITH NEW YORK STATE INSTRUCTIONS. Please please do better next year!

Pretty easy and user friendly. However, there has to be a better way to display the stock download to be able to double check the download without clicking on sooooooo many pages.

Same issues as last year. Can't download from broker using Chrome. I had to use Fire Fox. Along that line no selection box to choose which browser. Same isse with CAstate thinking I had a depreciating asset.

Easy to use, some things do not explained very well so you have to do some research on your own. The "free" state tax does not include electronic filing which is a bit shady to me.

Washington State residents do not have state taxes, only for those eligible for some Families of which I am not eligible . Due to this glitch, even if I don't need a state filing, I can not E-file my return

Turbo Tax is excellent, Verry happy with it, except for one thing. Why did you get rid of the option to view your charitable donations in alphabetical order. That used to be a HUGE time saver!!!

TIRED OF CONTINUALLY GETTING REQUESTS TO PAY EXTRA FOR FEATURES THAT USED TO BE INCLUDED! ALSO, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT HOW NOT TO FILE STATE TAXES SINCE MY STATE DOES NOT HAVE THEM!!

Program did not load after the latest TurboTax 2025 update. Shut down PC and restart only partially solved the problem. A repeat click on TT icon in Windows eventually were needed after the shut down and restart.
