I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It seems that this year there were some bumps that I believe were software errors. I could not connect to LIVE SUPPORT. This delayed my finishing my return.

Turbo Tax was excellent in completing the return but the e-filing worked successfully for Federal but failed for State (MN) e-filing which was very frustrating.

My original copy of the authorization code came in and landed in JUNK while I was in the hospital. it was subsequently trashed before I could see it. QMID codes can be found using CoPilot or an equivalent tool.

Great experience! I would only recommend to have AI helping you for specific questions that not necessarily require assistance from a certified accountant.

Uneven. Could not use on-line version because it would not pull in last year's return. Had to purchased more expensive desktop version. Would not pull in Fidelity Investments but did Edward Jones.

I found the software comprehensive enough to address all of my needs. The few questions I had were easily researched and answered. Knowing LIVE support was available is a good "safety net".
