I have woekeed mdiligently with TT. aND MUCH WAS HELPFUL. Most was smooth, biut a few glitches appearewd and oit. tookm time to sove. And finally it sai9d allmwas mwell,, Transmit it would not, So. jhere I am going mail. Not pleased at all.

Mostly Solid

CA 541-NR filing instructions for the K-1 form were confusing and incomplete. You need to work on this whole area, to make it more understandable, plus adding more examples (especially for Trust distributions).

Adobie Bug

Adobie Made My TurboTax File Unreadable

After I printed my taxes with Adobe, TurboTax could no longer find my tax file. I even told it the exact adobe file, but TurboTax could not open it. MAJOR BUG!!! I had to do my taxes all over again from scratch and print with Word.

Hidden Fees that are unethical

Turbo tax is a good product but I resent the hidden fees that you always add! I will never use your product again because of this! I have used your products for over 15 years but NO MORE YOU CROOKS!!!

Features not available in a timely manner delaying completion of tax returns, could not print state returns when trying to review & file, added complexity- extra steps not required in prior years to load brokerage account data

State Formatted for Electronic Only

It's not possible to print the state return for mail in - the software only let's you e-file, and print a preview copy with no signature page on the state return.

Worked well but should include basic trust forms

Has always worked well for me for thirteen years. I prefer the desktop version. I would like to see forms 1041 and IT-205 included as I just set up a trust for my dependents and can't justify paying for the pro version for a very basic return.

forced to buy new pc for turbo tax

completed tax return but had to buy new computer because my apple pc wasn't compatible with turbo tax operations systems new minimum operating systems! Not happy that I couldn't use apple pc!
