I have used TurboTax for years and appreciate the ease in using it. I am never appreciative of needing to upgrade in the middle of completion. Deluxe should have included everything I needed, my taxes are not that complex.

Turbotax was mostly easy to work through. When I was uncertain about how to continue, or what into I needed to enter, Turbotax experts were available to assist.

I had a brief phone call with one of your advisors to point me to the proper input section for a 1099-B. Easy peasy and quickly done. Only a 3 minute wait on a Saturday evening. Very appreciated.

I enjoy filing my taxes with TurboTax . The only comment I would have is that there are a lot of redundant questions making sometimes difficult to understand and confusing .

Easy to use. Initial attempts to file rejected because of glitch in software. Fixed by using turbotax desktop instead imof on line. Support good interface good

Have used Turbo Tax for years with great results. The IRS Computer usually accepts return within 20 minutes. Prior to using Turbo Tax I was audited due to clerical errors. Turbo tax eliminates that problem.

Terrible product. Many changes have been made since last year. I have been using this product since the 1980's. Does not include all of the City of Detroit forms for non residents. I will be using other Tax programs in the future.

Some of the info of Turbo Tax are hidden within other features: Examples are taxes hidden inside general headings that aren't fully apparent unless your click on the feature.
