I've been using TurboTax and its predecessor MacInTax since clear back in about 1985. My taxes have become very complex, with investments of several types, and TurboTax always sorts things out.

The desktop version is the best because it is easier to troubleshoot complicated portions of the return because the forms and worksheets are accessible.

I love this software. I have been using it for years. It is so intuitive and easy to use. Thank you for providing such a great product to make a complicated task more simple.

No thanks. But low rating was due to being forced to buy a new computer with Windows 11. If AI is so good, maybe it could help you create an annual version that works on Windows 10 or earlier versions.

I have used TurboTax for nine years. I don't see many changes in the program, that is a good thing. It is very consistent from one year to the next.

A lot of bugs and issues this year with the software. I've been using TurboTax for about three decades and this is the first time I've thought about using anything else. A little more quality control next year would be very helpful.

I am a bit disappointed with this year's product for missing It'sDeductible and Credit Card Payment Pop-up screen user interface defect where Expiration month for October, November and December options cannot be selected.

I have always had great success with Turbo Tax. It lets me know when I've left out needed information and helps me resolve the issue. I'm also extremely happy with its ability to download my 1099 information to my tax return - saves me lots of time.

Always come back to using TurboTax. I'm a retired CPA and found it better than the others out there. One other major competitor prepared Minnesota Property Tax refund form incorrectly. Turbo has never made an error like this for me.
