You hide information, you are supposed to ask me all the important questions? Why does my return have to reject several times until I find where to put the IP Pin???? Disappointing for what I pay!

We have a simple return. We used the import feature for all the companies that have it. One form was missed even though we clicked the box to import it, not sure why. We entered the form manually.

I have used this program for at least seven years. This years program was much harder to use and had some bugs - like my RMD first generating additional tax bat by closing the program and reloading, it fixed the problem.

I really wish you would create the ability to alphabetize, by the name of the organization, cash donations to charitable organizations. It would make it much easier from year to year to enter donations.

Appreciate the ease of downloading investment information. TT could do better job of filling in income and dividend information into the appropriate boxes.

I can count on TT to be similar to last year. My taxes are a step above simple, but not onerous. I live in tax free state but require premier version. Wish I could buy premier without the state version.

many questions are ambiguous and there is no info to further explain. state taxes specifies that 1099Rneed to accompany return but there is no feature to upload the docs to the return.

I had three W-2s to deal with (one was a W-2c for corrections), and I think it would have been beneficial to submit the copies as PDFs to the IRS in order for them to review, and ensure the 1040 was accurately annotated.

I'm always frustrated at the simple errors that are unable to be fixed, preventing me from filing my return. I put in MN for my pension state and it would not take in after 12 tries! frustrating!!!!

Hate that every time I use the program it had to update for several minutes, it has to update every time?! Very annoying. wasn't able to download my 401K information.
