My only complaint is that this is the second year in a row that I forgot to enter form 1095 information and TurboTax did not catch it before I tried to efile.

I found the flow of the topics and questions made sense and kept me on track. I did have an issue with 1099-R box 14 but just continued to ask questions and received the answer - LOOK AT BOC 16.

The Mac Version of Turbotax Premier is not accurate. It has bugs. Even the Experts could not help because of bugs in software. They told me the Windows version does not have this issue. The software considers Roth IRA withdrawals as taxable.

The system worked fine until; the most recent update and it cleared everything I had done the day before and I had to start from the beginning and that was horrible. Fix this problem and the program froze more often after the update than before.

Please make it possible to print the final page before the print or save the return. It is the page informing the Taxpayer about the date the return was filed and when to expect the return to be received by the IRS.

One problem this year. When TurboTax downloaded my 1099 Composite from Schwab, it did not transfer all the data to the tax return. I had to enter it manually. More than a bit annoying.

Saw one issue when setting up for e-file. The 'Date of Birth' field was populated incorrectly, specifically the 'Day' field. I verified the date of birth was correct in the 'Personal Data' information.

I did not request any support because it looks like you did away with being able to ask a simple question for free and if I needed an answer to a simple question it was going to cost me $60.00.

Turbotax was noticeably worse this year with more emphasis on UPSELLING tax advisory services making me think the poorer experience this year was designed to support the UPSELL.

Since I use standard to file my tax, I expect me to guild me step by step all the way. I don't like the part where I have some error to fix, it does not have that much information to help me what should I enter.
