I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years now and it is always a user friendly tool to navigate. There were a few changes to the initial input sections but facilitated input easily.

Hate that every time I use the program it had to update for several minutes, it has to update every time?! Very annoying. wasn't able to download my 401K information.

I've been using TurboTax for 20 years or more. Easy to use. Guides my through and lets me know if I did something wrong. I can then correct it before filing.

Accuracy was good for federal and state forms. Compatibility and features were excellent. The interface was clunky and very difficult to navigate or return to areas that have already been addressed. Didn't use support.

TT used to include efile for one state. No more and they actively campaigned against Free Efile provided by IRS good program but corporations do not have individual's interests if it does not contribute to bottom line

Have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. Find it easy to navigate with clear instructions. A VERY helpful and worthwhile tool that has saving us many hundreds of dollars in tax prep fees over the years.

I have been using for 25 plus years. I have given you input to no avail. This time your product will not let me efile the state with little explanation. Can't fix it. I'm done wit TurboTax.

Just a horrible update from last year. Very unfriendly. Didn't even show my audit level like other years. The credit card payment page would not work

did not like the new platform / interface. We tried to import our financials and it was stuck in a perpetual loop. Same with some of the entry interfaces.
