It doesn't provide help on topics and requires users to research over internet to be correct. The UI is not user friendly and requires tedious work and rechecking whether the income and deductions were reported correctly.

Always a funny glitch somewhere. Never disappoints. But predictable even if the IRS requires new info for the same old returns repeated for a new year. That part makes me crazy.

Turbo Tax reviews everything before releasing my tax returns. It's up to the IRS and State to determine if my information is correct. But, I glad that TurboTax reviews before I do.

Very poor software. Always suggesting upgrades in lieu of answering basic questions. Cannot find forms easily as previously, just all around, VERY POOR for users.

OK but the desktop experience is worse than the past especially handling 1099's. Seems like trying to coerce users to switch to using on-line version but may backfire as some users like me might bite the bullet and switch to another solution.

You guys failed this year as I had to input all my brokerage data manually since it would not download from the institution. The program is not intuitive anymore, for what you charge it can be better. I will be exploring your competition next year.

I hate the interface for interest, dividends and capital gains that requires some many clicks and lacks the compact cohesiveness of the old interface.

I am 72 so it was a bit trying for me and I thought once I purchased the Premier turbo tax program that I only had to pay $25.00 to file state, I guess I was wrong.

You have tightened internal balancing to a degree that it is most difficult to e-file. Even small, trivial anomalies prevent e-filing. Last year Turbo Tax allowed an override of small exceptions and e-filing.

Have been using this product for 30+ years. No problems with accuracy and interface. Seems annoying at times and there should be a fster way to do your taxes.
