Has always worked well for me for thirteen years. I prefer the desktop version. I would like to see forms 1041 and IT-205 included as I just set up a trust for my dependents and can't justify paying for the pro version for a very basic return.

When entering information from w-2's or 1099's, if I choose to enter the information myself stop asking if I want to have Turbo Tax automatically get the information from the source after I answer I want to enter my own information three times.

I purchased the Premium Fed and State download version. Horrible time trying to get it loaded and accessed. Intuit kept trying to get me to use on-line version instead. Wasted a couple of hours trying to get it to work.

K1's are still very confusing. went to file state ...you said it would be 25 but when I checked out it was 40... i will mail...... if you said it was 40 and it stayed 40 that would be ok ... i HATE when you mislead

Turbo Tax Premier inputs wages and income incorrectly. The new software also brought forward information that I did not input. I cannot file the tax 2025 rm that Turbo Tax produced. It is not correct.

I was able to access the desktop version but not the on-line version. When attempting to us h on-line version, I was not able to import my previous year tax records.

I think this product is definitely the way to take the stress out of filing taxes. I really like the way Turbo Tax reviews the final return for any errors that need correcting. I also like that I can choose what I want to work on. Great product.

Always a funny glitch somewhere. Never disappoints. But predictable even if the IRS requires new info for the same old returns repeated for a new year. That part makes me crazy.

Very disappointed with the new processing fee. Bad decision to make when all your customers are struggling to make ends meet. I have used Turbo Tax for 20 plus years but now I may look at other products.

I like TurboTax, but it needs the option to zoom to a larger font. The new icons for interest income are ridiculous. You "dumbed down" the software too much in 2025. The 2024 interest income screen was better organized and easier to use.
