Hate that every time I use the program it had to update for several minutes, it has to update every time?! Very annoying. wasn't able to download my 401K information.

the download of my broker 1099 was confusing. I dont think it ever really got the detail of my brokerage transactions and I wonder if it is accurately disclosed them on my return.

The program is great, however I took 2 points off because of the $40 efile scam at the end, with no forewarning or obvious way to opt out. Not happy with you!

the software is ok. I hate how it has to phone home every time i open it regardless of what year I m checking. big waste of time. forcing me to buy a new computer because of microsoft update will likely lose me as a customer next year.

I would like to see the tax forms and be able to read and edit the forms and worksheets. I would like explanations of the choices without having to ask for them or click on them.

I was able to go through every possible topic to make sure I covered everything required by the federal government and it was helpful to double check both states of residence during 2025.

Ridiculous that on a 1099-Misc I cannot enter Rent & Royalties on one 1099. Took me hours to figure out that I had to create a separate 1099-Misc and divide the two up and alter the payor name slightly so TurboTax didn't get confused.

Didn't work with my mac operating system. Charged for the program, charged for an extra state, charged to efile (each state)... tried to sell me multiple extras... annoying and makes me want to consider using a different company next year.

Wasn't too thrilled about the charitable donation section. Couldn't we upload a spreadsheet of our donations instead of having to list each and every one of them.
